alright, im back and packing! i went in and looked at the carbon 15 model with the red dot for $640 and it was alright, but the carbon fiber felt more like a plastic toy than a metal workhorse, and...

i was just reading some reviews of it and the red dot (though my first upgrade for it will hopefully be an eotech) on the cabela's site, and i think im sold, ill be going there tomorrow.
