Just saying but:
Just about every president since Franklin Roosevelt had "Czar" appointees in their administration. Bush had a total of 36 positions (many temporary) filled by a total of 46 different individuals over the years, of which 21 were confirmed by the U.S. Senate. That leaves a total of 25 "czars" which were not approved by congress.
Obama has been on the same path, with some quite puzzling "czars". Really a video game "Czar"???? In this day and age with the defecit as it is, it's a waste of money, time, and effort. Edit: I could not find an accurate number for Obama, but would sure love to hear it.
These two are my favorite:
President Bush along with congress in 2001, a democratic Senate and a republican house, approved the Patriot Act. A blatant anti constitutional policy act. He also opened the door, and allowed the following-
President Obama along with congress in 2011, a democratic senate and a republican house, approved the latest disgusting NDAA. A blatant slap against the constitution. He is building and adding more power to an already overloaded with power position in the American government.
I could go on an on about both presidencies and both political parties, as they are both so damn broken it isn't even funny. I won't though because it isn't worth the time, these are just two of the glaring issues I see.
That being said, I would take a bullet for either of these men (or anyone from any party who is elected as president) because they are the president. A few months ago I stopped at a gas stationto get a bite to eat while in uniform. This guy came up to me to talk politics, he laid into about how bad Obama was. I nodded my head in agreement to avoid any kind of disagreement or scuffle over politics. He concluded by smiling and saying, "Shit atleast I know I can count on you military guys. You wouldn't take a bullet for Obama if you had the chance to and you saw it coming would ya?" I simply replied, "I am a member of the United State Military, and as a member of the military it is my duty and responsibility to take the bullet for Obama regardless of political ideals I may have. It is up to civilians to decide what happens next, the military is just here to ensure that you are able to make those choices in the future." He laughed called me a "No good liberal piece of shit." and walked out the door, I in turn thanked him loud enough for him to hear.
No matter who gets elected it will be the same, just a different party at the helm. So just pick your poison.
