This is a hard one to call. The Law aside - if the guys in the water were really pirates, it must be remembered that they are equally as capable of exacting the same treatment on their victims as was done in this video and - if that is true - there's a part of me that agrees with the summary justice metred out to them. If, however, they were accidental victims of a maritime mishap and not pirates, then I hope the relevent authorities investigating this video bring the perpetrators to swift justice themselves. I'd be interested in the outcome of the invetigation.
