well, not sure how you call it in english, but that scope in the picture has two wheels, top one is for left to right adjustment and on the side from top to bottom.

put a scope on my airgun.. and the barrel is about 5 inches off center to where the scope mount is. tried to make a M16 like front sight... turns out im not that good of a blacksmith, dogs got into 4 trash bags on the front porch.. gotta go clean it up
