Always advised against trying to reach Gaza this way, but at the same time Israel was to act responsibly and by its international obligations. It's very important to reach the truth about this incident and in particular whether the Israelis to make sufficient efforts to avoid inflicting casualties ... The latest incident underscores the need to lift the Israeli restrictions on the Gaza Strip under UN Security Council Resolution 1860. No matter who says what, the Israelis will get the blame.
It could have been 15 foot Yeti's, they would have said, they were Jewish.

If this REALLY was a "humanitarian aid" mission they would have:

A. Drop the supplies at Ashdod and let us bring it in to Gaza
B. Not have STABBED soldiers with KNIFES and SWORDS
C. Not have used CONCUSSION GRENADES and MOLOTOV COCKTAILS
And if you don't believe C. then there is actually footage from a chopper filming it happen.

Yono,
I believe you, this is bullshit.
It was designed from the beginning,
to free the stranglehold on the Palestinians,
food aid problem. Guess what, maybe,
even the odd missile hidden on board.
Israel is not blame free, but enough is enough,
stop the killing on both sides and live in peace.
Only terrorism worldwide can benefit from this war continuing.
The only sane answer is peace.
To be fair it is hard to find common ground with a religion that,
want to wipe you off the face of the earth, really?

Look at the video. You can clearly see that we were using Paint Ball guns to make sure casualties were as low as possible.

I have viewed the Israeli videos.
Shocking, absolutely shocking, this so called humanitarian aid flotilla was a well orchestrate setup.
Hamas tried to kidnap another israeli soldier, one clearly thrown overboard and one stabbed with a 9 inch knife.
How, well the israelis used paintball guns where as Hamas used attempted murder 9mm and stun grenades.
Condemn israel by all means, BUT, Get the facts right. This setup has made me more pro israel.
Emotions aside look at the facts of reputable news services. Israel was sucker punched and lost this round.
The stakes are high, very high !

O MY GOD! Has the whole world gone insane?? It was a fregging civilian boat! The passengers were, without doubt, unarmed. The IDF intercepted the ship with a blackhawk helicopter with soldiers on board. When they landed on the ship, the passengers started punshing and hitting them with bats, etc. as self protection mesures, and it was only then when a passenger swiped a pistol from one of the troops. The soldiers were of course armed with assault rifles, SMG's... Why else would you think that there were more civilian casualties than military ones? To much conspiracy out there!

According to these videos, Israel was attacked by a bunch of guys with knives and slingshots who were intercepted by the IDF. Seems kinda overkill to send the army to repel guys with sticks and stones. I think calling their parents would suffise. But I sitll don't see how the boat could have started this if it was merely sailing solirtairaly through the sea when suddenly soldiers droped in from helicopters. I just think the Israelis don't want the supplies to reach the Gaza strip.

Why did soldiers drop out of the sky? Because those "peace activists" were trying to illegaly break a military blockade. You think that Israeli's don't want supplies to reach Gaza? Please google the "Karni Crossing" and the "Kerem Hashalom" crossing then tell me we don't want supplies to reach Gaza. And if you look at the first video the naval officer offered to bring the ship into Ashdod and from there the supplies would be taken to Gaza under U.N. supervision.
