I don't know , however I always think National laws are better then treaties and I am highly suspicious of this administration. I have been wrong in the past but I don't think this will go very well with U.S. citizens. Nice find.

I don't trust this administration and I don't trust anything involving the UN. Another good thing to know besides the
2nd is your states constitution. Virginia constitution is written in a way that even if the US quits protecting gun owners Virginia will.
