I'm getting sick of these uniform changes. I'm tired of having an out of uniform rag tag looking army.

Yeah I know what you mean......The USAF is bad at that shit, We try to fit in with other branches to make ourselves feel worthy and look like fat, skinny and mismatched piles of shit as a result....Kind of like day 1 of basic training.

Something similar,
USAF Aviators and Missiliers used to wear all blue flight suits. A while back we changed to green flight suits but retained the blue cunt cap. Has nothing to do with phasing items in or out, they seem to like it like that. To me that shit looks dumb....and needs to be matching colors.

and this has got to be costing us a fortune that could go to helping our troops in better ways

Camouflage actually does help troops. That's why the Army just started fielding multicam with a $4000 equipment change.

As far as I know multicam will be the third change. BDU, ACU, and now Multicam.

I,ve been told that the British army's new cam kit is of poor quality and cheap material,
Thin ,cheap, quick wash and lightweight cloth.

What about prototypes and test uniforms?

I only know of multicam and ACU-D being field tested.
