Listen up = I've seen pics of Markoxx he's actually quite ripped and has some good size for the time he has worked out - however
good forarms thickness.

How long you've been working out?

About a year and a half in. For forearms, alot of pullups, wrist curls, and hand grippers.

No steroids.

Do some farmers walks - I do them for cardio and it increses your grip crazy - they are fun too

Farmer Walks are so damn brutal..I do them with 100lb db's and I've almost puked before.

Try this:

The "Puke" test

max push ups in 2:00
2:00 rest
max sit-ups in 2:00
2:00 rest
max push ups in 2:00
2:00 rest
max sit-ups in 2:00
2:00 rest

1:30 rest
max sit-ups in 2:00
1:30 rest
max push ups in 2:00
1:00 rest
max sit-ups in 2:00
1:00 rest
max push ups in 1:00
30 seconds rest
max sit-ups in 1:00
done!!!

Also, try doing the deck of cards pushup method. I have been doing that for about a month and I can almost do the entire deck.

Farmers walk is basically carrying two heavy dumbbells, or a traditional farmers walk equiptmen,t and walking a certain distance and back. It is supposed to increase your grip srength as well as strengthening your back muscles.

I hate em', because there just too much. XD :)

I do supersets during off days, so yea.

Basically, I mix up pullups with situps and pushups, and such.
