So I order 6 books via Amazone - pay extra for UPS - the delivery dude probably some illiteray bastard delivers it to the right address but Amazone forgets to put my name on the package.
Sure enough when he tries to deliver the pakage the dumb bastard on the reception (all of them are numbnuts from poland) says he has to refuse the pakage.
Both the driver and the cumdumpster at the reception did not figure out to pick up their fucking phone and dial the number which was included on the UPS package - so now UPS send that package back I have to reorder and I have to pay for an extra delivery.
