TOS-1 only capable of incendiary or thermobaric warhead delivery. Not aware of cluster munition capability. Great video though.

Nice vid this is what pisses me off i seen another vid well same vid different caption. The caption was Russia launches cluster munitions at rebels in syria This is the thing, if one of the biggest superpowers can use this munnition why dont the us still use it What good for goose is good for the gander I know that russia is hitting ISIS but that is not the point Why can't we do this to No we have to sign a fucking treaty because of human rights activists
