Agreed Serpa. Don't get me wrong mate, I am a fan of US products.

But correct me if im wrong, but these days, the vehicles are not of the same standard as they once were.

I have never owned one myself, but my brother has so I am only speaking from his experiences (non US manufactured model).

In this country, Jeep are not well renowned for their reliability or value for money and, the Jeep service centres generally commit highway robbery in terms of parts and labour.

BTW I drive a POS Japanese vehicle, that your Compass would likely shit on. :)

The Japanese car manufactures are nearly always found in the top 10 reliability ratings.
