If you mean normal troops like before no! If you mean special forces yes! Also I would say yes to airstrikes, drones and maybe as far as putting attack helicopters and AC-130 gunships in a protected air base where no one can get in or out of it except by air, like a unsinkable aircraft carrier, which is what the allies called England during WWII . So I guess I'd say maybe :) lol
