I need cellphone help

I need some cellphone help.
Just reactivated my tracfone and when a call comes it says; "Rejected Call."
Problem is, after talking with four agents over a three hour period, they can call me from overseas but I can't using my land line.
I sorta-kinda need to be able to receive calls.

Did you anyone else try to call you?
Is your land line in your address book?
I'm betting you have to call customer disservice again. "we are not happy until you are not happy".
It took a week to get my overnighted phone from straight talk.
