Orders to halt all non Russian troops into the bases Looks like they where trying to go back into the base for what though?? I dont think it was a demonstration i think it would have escalated to something both sides did not want. When the Ukrainian officer told them to calm down they did quickly

Kind of makes sense most vids show more soldiers keeping them In, And here "less" keeping them out

This is road to Sevastopol International airport, that have been blocked by russian troops. Ukrainian unarmed military officers and journalists (one of them btw were streaming hole thing online) are trying to enter airfield. they singing ukrainian anthem while aprroaching. russian soldiers warned them they will shoot in legs if they wont stop. As i know, airport was unblocked after this delegation talked to top army management

thanks for link sprite, i watched it. If those soldiers really hated each other, those Russian troops would have shot them immediately.
Sometimes it sucks when you have to follow orders none of us would want to shoot an Allie. Just think on how they feel these Ukraine soldiers where basically the same uniform as the Russian troops, No one wants this!!!

PS this is new If you hit reply with quote and its a you tube vid it will actually post the vid in the reply

This video and the the same video shown on BBC and other stations has been heavily edited. I saw the full length vid at BBC news web site, but, it was taken down and edited.
The part that is missing, shows seven unarmed men appear, and stand in line, in front of this group of Ukrainians.
The Ukrainians quickly realised that the seven Russians meant business, and turned around and marched back.

Thanks for the link Sprite.

I lived in Russia for almost a year and there are relatives on both sides. Ukrainians and Russians both have family on each side.

The family I lived with visited regularly back and forth in both countries.
