I think everyone in that picture should be dishonorably discharged immediately. Also is there are any pensions due take them away after a court martial. Being a Vet anything that i do in my civilian life If it be at a cemetery and picking up a fallen flag I salute it. I am sorry they are not very professional at there dutys and should be dealt with accordingly
