I'm no expert but wouldn't of just been better to stand outside with megaphones in the first place? Since they knew he had family inside? Or if they didn't know they would of shot back? Again I have no real idea what I'm talking about, maybe some Apaches know the in and outs?

Bad intel No knock search warrant for what 3 actors inside the home Why i say bad intel, did this guy have a physcological problem did they have a profile on him before using this hard entry.
This is how swat and sert teams get hurt and even worst killed Bad intel on perps.
I have a friend and my sons wifes uncle is on a sert team where i am originaly from. One arrest warrant they served was a guy who was the local ms13 gang leader they both told me. It was a good take down, but because of bad intel from a snitch they did know he was armed but not how well, also this guy said if he was ever busted he did not have nothing to lose He was going to spend the rest of his life in jail, so according to the snitch he said fuck it
When they took him down door breacher and flash bangs they had him on the ground told him dont move using mp5's in his face When they looked at him on the ground, the perp had on 2 bullet proof vests and a tech 9 full auto in his hand. If the breach charge did not knock this guy to the ground and flash bangs took out his senses It would have been a slaughter for the entry team. They told me that one was probally the worst they will ever experience in there career

This is a video of a shooting that occurred in the Phoenix, AZ area. If I am not mistaken they had the wrong house and the man inside was just protecting himself from a home invasion. Around the same time this happened the Sheriff in Pima county, in Tucson, raided the wrong house and a Marine who had just come home from a tour in Iraq, also defended his home and was seriously wounded by SWAT members. He had an AR-15 that he defended his family with, but I don't believe he hit anyone. He was shot several times by a Deputy's M-4. The police were so enraged that they handcuffed the Marine, dragged him out in the front yard and delayed calling an ambulance. His wife, now in handcuffs also, begged and cried for the SWAT to call an ambulance. They waited for over an half an hour, until the Marine was bled out, to finally call for medical assistance. By the time they got there, the Marine was about to succumb to the multiple rifle wounds. He never made it to the hospital, much to the glee of the Deputies. His heartbroken wife sued the Sheriff Dept. and won a multi-million dollar suit. They had raided the wrong house and killed an innocent man.
