These images pertencen to the Group of Artillery 3 of the Argentine Army. Only there died 4 soldiers of this unit and I leave the position for the wear of the cannons and not for the lack of ammunitions and others equimaments.http://www.apacheclips.com/boards/vbtube/images/play_thread.png (http://www.apacheclips.com/boards/media/4590-Artillery-fire-in-the-Falklands-war)

Only 4 died because they weren't on Longdon itself.
You Argies put up a good fight, but my mates in 3 Para did for you. 17 guys died taking that (crucial) shithole. Sgt McKay got a VC.
You lost 40 or so. I'm not going to flame on November 11 of all days, but you shouldn't have been there.

I was on the other side in the Royal Marines. The Argy pilots were very good but the navy and most of the ground soldiers were not so good. I then took them all home to Peurto Madryn on the Canberra and said goodbye. I felt sorry for some of them, the fecking junta sent them in the wrong fight. Historically Argentina did not exist when took over theislands from the French, so really cant see why they claim it as their own. When you meet the people there they are British, drive on the left and drink beer.... go and meet them but next time go on a cruise ship and not a warship. Buenos Diaz amigo!

If you was an Royal Marine you can remember the BIM-5, it was the best batallion of the argentine forces in the conflict. And the navy use pilots... HMS Ardent, HMS Sheffield, HMS Atlantic Conveyor was sunk by pilots of the Naval Air Force.

My respects to you, a future infantry of marine

Imagine being sent to this shithole and being told to fight to the death for it!
