The haters have a very odd view of warfare. They think that somehow we're not fighting fair when we used technology. They think that there is no such thing as a child soldier, or a female murderer.
As a Veteran I get "thank you for your service" all the time. And I am grateful. But I don't think those people realize what our jobs were, or are.
We served in the military. The military is there to kill people and break things. We are not a police force. We are not a "peace keeping" unit. We are KILLERS, plain and simple.
We don't like it all the time. And I believe that Gen Mattis said it best; "We're the GOOD guys, not the PERFECT guys".
