That red dot is the missile flying towards the tank. :)

Its an AT-5 Spandrel, the bright color is the IR-Transmitter for the SACLOS-System, like MILAN or Eryx.

If it set an HE anti-personal round in the tank you would get this. Plus that was a anti-tank, wire controlled round. Notice how it was not smooth, it was guided my a man to the target.
