Long claimed that the victim had been previously warned not to return to the mall, according to Officer John Chafee of the Atlanta Police Department. However, police said that Long could not produce anything to back up his claim.

I dont know why Security at a mall especially ones like this cannot issue a 48 hour no trespass order till it goes into court or the person the orders are issued to get arrested for voilating one of the orders Guy's like this are very brave and rare, especially when they have to deal with real world thugs he puts his life on the line for a mall dam
