Great vid. Sabot rounds for sure you can tell because of the needle like point on the tip of the rounds :USA:

Yep, those were sabot training rounds and the crew were going through a tank table 8...I don't think there were any "insurgents" down range.

yup training rounds. It has been a long time for me, but I was surprised we didn't see a heat round loaded. If my memory serves me correctly that should have been a bmp with troops engagement. Maybe a current or more recent 19k could comment.

That's got to be the worst nightmare for some dick head jihadist with an AK47 in his hand! I wonder how many snackbars they can get out before you meet the Prophet Abrams!

The point I was angling towards was isn't it a waste of time firing DU dart at humans? I mean unless its a direct hit there is not blast effect!

It could have been a troops, tank combo; that would explain the coax engagement after the main gun rounds.

What are you going to do when the auto loader breaks?

The rounds being fired are 'blue' which is used Army wide to identify training ammunition. Based on the observation this isn't a combat video unless the Army has broken its Class 5 training ammunition marking protocol.

You have a good point there about protocol. I myself do not think, that they would break protocol. I think there would be to much involved in that part of it. Also Is not usually the color code universal with NATO and our allied country's?
