That missile looks similar to the BILL2000. from here it looks like a shape charge warhead but the charge didn't go of.

It is a Dragon m47 missile, look up picture of m47 Dragon and it's missile, it's an exact match.

definitely dragon or dragon 2, phased out about 10 years ago, still in the arsenal though. Sold worldwide to a number of foreign countries. Copied without license by both china and Iran. This one has designations in English, so it might have been acquired from Iran, who received them during the Shah's reign, or Iraq who captured a stockpile during the 8 year war. Jordan and Morocco are also two Muslim countries to have purchased the weapon. No big conspiracy here, just capitalism at it's finest.
