Our country has always been considered an "experiment" by most standards. There were few guidelines that this experiment would require, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution are the general guidelines for law and the governance of a people.

Since September 11, 2001 we have watched our Constitution and its Bill of Rights, get stripped into pieces and used as toilet paper, by those in Washington under the guise of "national security." The fourth amendment went first. The second is slowly getting pushed out the door. The fifth is officially gone.

Now that our government can kill US citizens, in the name of security, without "evidence of" or said person represents "imminent" danger to the country we no longer have to worry about due process. It's good that we should surpass our court system and just kill US citizens pretty much at will. The memo also highlights that courts can do nothing against this policy. Makes me fucking sick.

So good bye USA. Our experiment is over, we have became exactly what we were supposed to never become. I wonder if we will get to vote on the new name of our nation, or if the government will just change it on it's own?
