I wonder if the police officer when the vans back door opened immediately ducked and that caused the bullets to go through the windshield and dashboard which slowed the bullets enough to not go straight through his head? If not he should have if any ones seen "Robocop" or Elictra Glide in Blue", both movies show what happens when a fleeing person opens anything at the back of a van. Put it this way it's never good.If he didn't duck and still lived someone was watching over him that day, and I hope will continue watching. God Bless. I hope they let the shooter die slow that punk, what he did is one of the worse forms of a sucker punch you can do to a person. :USA:

You know until I see the report of all the weapons found in van or the hospital says bullets in police officer were from ak-47 I think you guys may be right the way he holds his hands look like he's firing a pistol not a rifle. I wish there was a light on in the back of the van maybe then we could see better whats in his hands.

I don't know that the guy was using the AK to shoot out the back, but there was definitely an AK involved because an innocent female bystander also got shot:
"'It looks like one round from the AK-47 penetrated the driver's door of her vehicle...' said Chief Deputy Brady."

At least they killed the skel.

As far as AK-47 is concerned. The news media would identify a sling shot as an AK-47. I wouldn't be surprised if someone identifies that van as an AK-Fourty-Fucking-Seven.

That van was an automatic after all. lol

Yep. A fully automatic assault van. We need to pass some "common sense" anti-assault van laws. ;)
