The B-1 Lancer can carry 24 GBU-31 jdam 2000 pound bombs on the B-1's rotary multiple ejector rack. I wonder if it could instead of launching one at a time, if they did a few modifications, could they release all 24 2000 pounders still connected to their rotary multiple ejector racks on one target? That would be a 48,000 pound bomb essentialy. It would be a little more then 3 times as powerful as a blu-82 ( 15,000 pounds ) and more then double the GBU-43/B ( 22,600*pounds ). The GBU-43/B is an airburst weapon though so it maybe stronger then the 24 2000 pounders dropped together. Does anyone think they could do this or would it be impossible? If they could I'd be front row to watch that thing blow. :USA:

I love this video. They start off talking like they see this everyday and it is almost boring but then when the bombs hit they turn into 8 year olds at Christmas.
