You only need this in states where "Castle doctrine" or "Stan Your Ground" laws arent in place to protect homeowners from liability lawsuits in civil court from home invaders families, sponsored minority-vote seeking District Attorneys.

I would get it any how Mick. Lawyers are worst then criminals, like they say you never know and when I was trained as I am sure you was trained to, 2 in the chest 1 in the head!!! In war so he don't get back up and shoot you in the back. In civilian language, so they dont get up and sue you (gun classes) in the civi world, wont say who they where given by :eusa_snooty:

Ahhh, I don't worry much about that kind of shit. I don't live in the Socialist Republic of California or the People's Republic of New York, where they'd try to hang somebody if they killed a home invader.

Needless to say, I live in one of the most pro-gun states in the country, and I'm fairly confident with my veteran status if I were to slaughter a home invader with my Mossberg 700 tactical shotgun, the cops would probably say 'hey thanks for offing that gangbanger. he had a rap sheet a mile long and 3 warrants" lol

I know of a guy here in Sacramento ,Calif who seen a guy stealing his car right out of His driveway. He opend His front door & walked
out on His front porch with His BPS Stalker 10 gauge & started yelling STOP!!.By this time the guy had the car started & was backing out to the street & knowing He'd been compromised, He made some foolish threatning movements to yhe guy on the porch, wich inturn got his head blown clean off. 10 gauge slug at 17'. Anyways He was arrested & released & the DA decided not to press charges because even though the car theif was unarmed, the Guy on the porch thought He rased or pointed a weapon,so He shot.Landmark case & very lucky for California, especialy being that the guy wasnt even in the house
