The security José Antônio Alves de Carvalho, 35, who tried to rescue the victim, was hit by a rifle shot in the right leg and died after receiving medical attention.

A wave of violence is threatening the capital and the coastal regions.

maybe you missed the part where they emptied their magazines into him.

Oh and even if somehow they only hit him in the leg, you have the femoral artery which is just as deadly as a shot to the brain

considering the leg has one of the biggest, if not the biggest artery in the human body it's pretty reasonable that he died with a single shot. i highly doubt first responders were there quickly at all. he bled out and died in the hospital. my assumption.

The victim who was shot in the leg was rescued, but unfortunately died in hospital, it's easy to talk about bad health care, when you don't have your leg and femoral artery cutted in half by a FAL 7.62mm shot, leaving you bleeding all over for a few minutes.

It wasn't such a good idea? Never was, World Cup and Olympic games will be a shame in this country.
