@ Brenden - Maybe Shabiha? Or the soldiers panicked and knowing they were close to being overrun, and at some point found some civies to put on "just in case". There's probably some naked patients inside the hospital wondering WTF?

I'm willing to bet Shabiha, or just some joe blow getting a great pay check to participate in the countries festivities. These are the same people that live in Iraq, pay them enough and they will put down, or pick up arms. That's how the surge worked, and I would be very willing to put every cent I own on it going it on Syria. I don't think there is actually any loyalty between anyone on the Syrian governments side of things, how could there be with everything that has happened up to this point. Then again these are only my personal opinions and I am not an expert on the issue.
