There were 2 rounds fired you can clearly hear, you only see one impact on the wall and you can see shit flying out of his head as other users have pointed out, but I guess everyone's an expert on the internet.

Well a PKM is a pretty accurate weapon, chambered in 7,62x51mm. If it's in good condition with an experienced shooter on the trigger and well adjusted sights I think this would be possible.
But props to the guy for doing that shot with iron sights at that distance.
