Most of these bombs are duds, I have seen about 50 videos recently of un-exploded bombs sticking out of buildings, and holes in the ground all are the same looking as this bomb but different sizes.

LOL Little do they know that time delay fuses are used regularly in urban areas by russian&russian trained forces, as area denial weapons. The fact that the bomb is still intact, with its casing not crushed by the fall, especially since it likely hit concrete, is a good sign that it's possibly a time delayed bomb.
