About the skinned fellow: This is 20-year-old Jorge Antonio de Haro, he was brutally killed in the city of Tepic. This is one of the ways that drug cartels sometimes deal with each other in Mexico; they tend to skin, mutilate or decapitate their victims. He had his head flayed (skinned) and his heart removed from his chest.
