When They Drop The Atomic Bomb: Jackie Doll and his Pickled Peppers [1951]

LYRICS/TRANSCRIPTION:

There will soon be an end to this cold and wicked war
When those hard headed Communists get what they're lookin' for
Only one thing that will stop them and their atrocious bunch
If General MacArthur drops an atomic bomb

Now over in Korea our boys have fought and fell
But they died just like heroes amid the many shot and killed
They had their hands tied behind them and were murdered by the score
By those dirty minded Communists who started this sad war

There'll be fire, dust and metal flying all around
And the radioactivity will burn them to the ground
If there's any Commies left they'll be all on the run
If General MacArthur drops an atomic bomb

Old hard headed Joe will be feelin' mighty blue
When he finds out he's bitten off more than he can chew
For his aggression will be ended and the job will be well done
If General MacArthur drops an atomic bomb

Old MacArthur has the power to stop those murderin' thieves
And he’ll make them sorry for their underhanded schemes
Just leave it to the general for he really has the nerve
To give no good Communists just what they deserve

There'll be fire, dust and metal flying all around
And the radioactivity will burn their playhouse down
If there's any Commies left they'll be all on the run
If General MacArthur drops an atomic bomb

Stalin Kicked The Bucket: Ray Anderson [1953]

Old Joe kicked the bucket, he's long gone
He won't worry us from now on
He lived in a place they call Moscow
His number came up and he had to go

Refrain: Yes, old Joe's dead and gone
He stayed around too long
And nobody now can save his hide
'Cause old Joe laid right down and died

Old Joe won't worry us no more
He killed the helpless by the score
Now I hope he's satisfied
Since old Joe's taken his last ride

Refrain

While near the end, he couldn't talk
He's paralyzed and he couldn't walk
He died with a hemorrhage in the brain
They have a new fireman on the devil's train

Refrain

Although he was a man of power
He was scared of Eisenhower
So now the devil can retire
'Cause old Joe Stalin will keep the fire

Refrain

I was listening to "no no Joe" by Hank Williams and it reminded me of the song. I have it on an old vinyl so I just figured I'd share and that there were a few here that would appreciate it.
