Things like this bother me, when cop walks up to a person and immediatly makes demands and quickly resorts to vulgar language, when that person was merely only in the area. There is absolutely no need for that kind of aggression towards a person who has done nothing wrong. Not to mention when an officer is that aggressive people automatically get intimidated or scared. In this case the aggressive behavior from the officer seems to be simply because the man was in the area at the time. Interesting and disgusting stuff.

Police officers deal with scum everyday, but they also 99 times out of 100 deal with law abiding or minor infraction citizens. It is sad when things like this happen, but it is also unexceptable. Police are like military members, politicians, or fire fighters. Their job is to serve the people of this country, it is what they were trained for and are on the streets for. Some times that is lost on some people when they feel they have gotten enough power to do whatever they want.

Seriously? That was a massive escalation of force IMO, next level would have been to whip out the canons and let him have it. Its perhaps easy to Monday morning quarter back, but I don't think these guys followed protocol to the letter, maybe some of our LE members can offer opinions.
