It happens pretty often, recently happening plenty off of IHT.com or New York Times.

Here's the article
http://www.nytimes.com/2009/04/30/health/30flu.html?_r=1&ref=global-home

and Here's what it said on the front page link I clicked on.

Swine Flu Death in Texas Is the First Outside Mexico (http://www.nytimes.com/2009/04/30/health/30flu.html?ref=global-home)

By SHARON OTTERMAN and MARK McDONALD 11:55 AM ET

American authorities confirmed the death from swine flu of a Mexican child in the United States, as the number of confirmed cases of the disease continued to rise in Europe.

How obviously FUCKING misleading is that. You click on it worried or thinking that this is becoming extremely serious considering now people in the U.S. are dieing. Then you find out it's a Mexican toddler from Mexico that happened to be brought to one of our hospitals and died.

What the hell, it wasn't good enough with the actual articles title? I mean technically YES, it's the first flu death outside of Mexico.. but it still gives the wrong impression. Maybe i'm just being dumb, but this goes toe to toe with that BULLSHIT lie that 95% of mexican drug lord arms are American.

“Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it”

Seems that they're taking a Genocidal Sociopath named Adolf's words to heart.

The next question I have, why the HELL is a Mexican toddler WITH swine flu coming to the U.S. for treatment. It's humanitarian yes and I applaud the good natured approach. I'm assuming this isn't as contagious as other diseases cause if it was it'd be opening us to a swine flu ass whooping. I'm not sure how the toddler got here though.
