XtherottingcatX This is the name of a guy I busted for being a phony. Aside from copying eveything I have done in life (Saying he has to everyone) he is also a military phony who I have reported to the POWnetwork.org. His name is Patrick Hamilton from Lake Worth, FL. I need a moderator to remove his faggot ass from the site please. He has been seen in ACUs and tells people that he was in the army so they will buy things from where he works. He is being investigated under the stolen valor act and impersonating a Federal employee.

Evidence? Mary Shantag is updating his info today for me. It won't let me post the link in the address due to lack of posts in the forum section but I have been a member for a couple of years. Go to list of names Then under H1 Look for Patrick J. Hamilton. His alias (xTHEROTTINGCATx) will be up soon. Me and some guys from the Army reported him awhile back to local Authorities and the POWNetwork.

Yeah, PM me too.
I get hard for fakers.

wait....WHAT??!!

lol just kidding Sixx.

I am sure it has been mentioned before but I would LOVE to see a wall of shame for people outed, or people that have applied for a mil badge but don't ever give real proof..maybe put a disclaimer in the mil badge sign up.
" if you do not provide sufficient proof you will be branded a faker and put on the wall of shame"

it might cut down on the amount of people trying to get a mil badge under false pretenses.

another one, who tried get VA benefits

the result: "Marc Restucci, 53 of Manchester, could face up to five years in prison if convicted."

Authorities say he submitted false military forms to the VA in an effort to increase his disability benefits. On the forms, he listed among his decorations, the Purple Heart medal, which is given to those injured or killed in combat.

Court papers suggest Restucci claimed he was shot multiple times while serving during the conflict in Grenada in 1983.

Thanks Jim that is the one I got spun up for (Grenada) went through a month of bullshit breaking down equipment and my company was told to stand down That was the closest I would have come to trigger time and the reason we where told to stand down as we where going to use C-5 galaxy's and they end up using C-130 's We where to put down and provide comms support for the operation they told us the planes would have to turn around and take off after landing it would have took to long and we would have gotten shot to shit Good thing because ranger units end up fighting the guerrillas on the runway and this fucker says he went there I say Hang em fuck it :)

Also to add to that I had 2 friends that went in as mop up from the I think 82nd one of my buddies was carring the pig M60 and he told me a leaf dropped and he shot down the tree it fell from Thought it was a sniper lol
Units serving in that conflict here http://www.history.navy.mil/faqs/faq95-1.htm

Here is my take on the stolen valor thing. If you cannot say that you are a police officer then you cannot say that you earned medals that you did not earn. If the supreme court upholds the free speech BULLSHIT then there is a legal case to be made that claiming to be a civil servant when you are not cannot and should not be cause for hail time or other penalties.

Another poser gun dealer (http://thisainthell.us/blog/?p=28537)

I don’t know why these guys think what they’ve done isn’t good enough to sell firearms. This one came to us from a reader of Blackfive who sent the story of a guy he met at a gun show;

He was decked out in multicam, with an “infidel” and “sniper” tab, he also had a SEAL gold Trident pin on his tactical ball cap, his booth besides selling firearms offered tactical firearms training, and sniper training. …he claims “many years in special operations” but offers no unit or service records and only one grainy pic with no name tap or unit patches. So we find out the guy’s name is Darrel Tracht, and here’s his “about” page on his website;
http://thisainthell.us/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Tracchts-Hunting-and-Firearm.jpg (http://thisainthell.us/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Tracchts-Hunting-and-Firearm.jpg)

Many years in Special Operations, yup. We also found this picture of him;

http://thisainthell.us/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/217227_10Darrell-Tracht.jpg (http://thisainthell.us/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/217227_10Darrell-Tracht.jpg)

Now a SEAL Trident between an Army CIB and jump wings would probably set off bells with anyone with more than a minute on active duty.
I know what he’s going to say when he gets confronted “I’m only wearing the Trident” to honor SEALs – well, that’s pretty hollow when he earned jump wings and a CIB. Here’s his FOIA;

http://thisainthell.us/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Tracht-FOIA.jpg (http://thisainthell.us/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Tracht-FOIA.jpg)

His actual awards;

http://thisainthell.us/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Tracht-awards.jpg (http://thisainthell.us/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Tracht-awards.jpg)

Nothing there to be ashamed of. His assignments to “special operations” units;

http://thisainthell.us/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Tracht-assingments.jpg (http://thisainthell.us/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Tracht-assingments.jpg)

I don’t see anything to be ashamed of in those records, so I have no idea
why Tracht felt the need to embellish and wear stuff that didn’t earn.
That’s not the kind of stuff that inspires customers’ confidence in a businessman.

Alot of vets who would actually notice this if we meet this guy would razzz the shit out of him I agree with you He had all these assingments and why in the hell would he where the trident I don't go for In the Honor of the Seal's the guy has enough acomplishments already It does not make any sense what so ever!! Question is If he is a Vet already could he be tried for misrepentation of valor The stolen valor act Civilian law I do not think covers that But if he was still serving You can bet your ass he would be in the brig
