In theory that would be easy the hard part is getting politicians to do the right thing and get the K street lobbyist out of the picture.
I think we need to take away Congress members retirement . Maybe even reduce their pay.

The compensation for members of congress should be the same as an E1 if a junior enlisted member can house and feed his family at that rate then they can as well.

Word. Unfortunately there is no way to make that happen so long as Citizens United is not overturned. As long as we allow unlimited donations to campaigns (AKA unlimited access to bribing congressmen) as well as Lobbyists offering jobs to those on Capitol Hill after they retire (if they do their dirty work)

Here is something that no amount of money can smear though -- The Tea Party and Occupy coming together despite the propaganda desperately trying to keep them apart. Corruptions worst nightmare!

The too movements are completely different

Tea party. lower taxis less government spending less debt
Occupy. Government and big biasness need to pay my bills
