Help Please With Picasa

"Upload Manager" wont.
I can download a camera full of photographs, but I can't do anything with them.
I can't find a "help" button or a way to contact them.

Hey shatto try this link it has a download for it hope it helps I would try to uninstall picasa frist if you have one on the computer already then install this one and is it the upload manager on this site or the software itself If its on this site make sure you have the right extentions for the uploads for the site Here is the link
