Apaches I have to report to you that due to the vile actions of one AC member (he is obviously not an Apache) AC.com has been reported to the merchant bank which we used to finance AC and they have made the decission to close our account from tomorrow on.
We have 24h until the account is terminated!!!!

The below is the acual complaint to clickbank which has been very obviously written by either a radical muslim or a disgruntled member.

Hello. It has come to my attention that a website www.apacheclips.com is collecting donations through clickbank now after PayPal had warned them and then when they failed to moderate their website cut them off from the service for violations that are also listed in your terms of service.
The website continuously posts content that is of racist viewpoints, a lot of gore and graphic content and an increasing hard stance against Islam.

All the content posted on the site is moderated and has to be approved by the site's staff. PayPal terminated services with ApacheClips.com recently for the same reasons that still continue on there today.

I obviously can't speak for everyone else Stark, but I come here mainly for the military content. The really gritty combat vids, pictures, news etc. I don't really come here for racist comments or to bash on muslims. If moderating that stuff out of the website would keep Apacheclips funded and up and running I would rather see that happen. As far back as I have been lurking around here enjoying all the content it was always focused around the military content and not as a hate site. I guess what I am saying is don't forget where you came from, and what has made this site so great from the beginning.

how do sites like theync liveleak take donations? is there a system where you can set up a payment page that isnt run by someone else? So then there is no one who can control you by cutting off your payment system.

I know this has been discussed alot before but there are so many interent site out there and so there are so many options as well.

Just seems like this would solve this once and for all if you can be the one in control of the payment method and not be subject to another companies rules and bullshit.

I read the statement at the first page (complaint about stance against Islam and donations) then it hit me.
there is a site called theync.com they have very graphic content. is there a way you can contact them, find out who handles their billing, and who hosts their content. what I am getting at is this. theync has graphic content and they accept premium memberships through a billing company, they obviously have a host of servers and I think if AC was to do something Similar to theync.com that perhaps problems will be solved?

Hi kurgen, i cannot go into to much detail, but believe me we've tried, it isn't possible with such funds, i cannot give out to much info ofcourse so im being basic with what im saying.

such sites as theync bring in alot of money and they pay for a "high risk" merchant account , to get one of them you need to have alot of money going into the website on a weekly basis..... these are the terms and conditions with the merchant accounts.... we just need to find the right one they are out there we just need to find it first :)

it will take some time to get this sorted but we will fight them fuckers that's for sure.

sure, finding the right ads is the first step, we have had ads before and we charge for the space they use ( banners etc) ...the thing is we cannot only rely on ads m8, donations are the survival of this website, and we need the merchant account.

First off not everyone has to wait for admins to approve there posts, also there are rules about attacking religions and beliefs so you obviously don't support that everyone has an opinion you can't control what some random guy says in the comments and for all they know the people making those comments could be the same people trying to shut down the site, you should explain this to the banks or whomever is giving you issues and let them know there are disgruntled people just trying to deface the site.

Also you should add some sort of warning when getting on the site that you must accept stating that there is gore etc and you must be 18+ to enter.

Open internet payment account in Russia. Yes, before all fancy comments, people paying there online as well and it's just as secured as any western bank or company. Except they would give a shit about complains.

From there you can transfer those money to any bank in the world.
