All politics is bullshit. No one represents the people anymore. Politicians only do what's in their best interest.

Ireland is much the same, in fact i think it may be worse. I hate Irish politics they're all selfish upper class fools who just look out for themselves. It still shocks me that my Taoiseach (leader of Fianna Fail) is on more than Obama....

I'm not too hot with mine. I took a test like this in High School that out right said I was a Social Conservative, that I agree with and I think is spot on.

Can some one help with mine. It doesn't look like my normal ideal. It says Economic Left/Right Wing= -0.12 and Social Libertarian/Authoritarian= 2.41???

All politics is bullshit. No one represents the people anymore. Politicians only do what's in their best interest.

The problem with this kind of thinking, is that it leads to non-participation, which leads to what you said.

It is clever to grouse about politicians but that ignores the recent election when Democrats lost office in historic numbers
when 'we the people' became fed-up with their chicanery.

The Conservatives installed in office by the 'Tea Party' will remain only as long as they do what they were elected to do,
which does not include attaching a large and small 'r' to socialist plans, policies and programs.
