I have
Kill Bin Laden by Dalton Fury
http://www.amazon.com/Kill-Bin-Laden-Commanders-Account/dp/0312567405/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1293904946&sr=8-1
This is the famous book written by the lead Delta Force commander in charge of killing or capturing Osama Bin Laden at
Tora Bora. It was a decent read. He talked a little bit about his history in Delta Fore, selection, and of course what happened
at Tora Bora. Out of 5 stars, I would give it a 3 1/2.
Desperate Lands
http://www.amazon.com/Desperate-Lands-Through-Special-ebook/dp/B0043EV8RS/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1293904975&sr=8-5
This book was not that great. Essentially it was a quick read for those who don't really know much about Special Forces.
Out of 5 stars, I would give it a 2.
and
Sheriff of Ramadi
http://www.amazon.com/Sheriff-Ramadi-Dick-Couch/dp/1591141389/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1293904994&sr=8-1-catcorr
This book was easily my favorite of the three. The author Dick Couch follows a task force of SEALs who were stationed in Ramadi
in 2006 and 2007. He covers the strategies of a counter-insurgency, and basically details what the SEALs did in order to help turn
the tide of the war in Iraq. The book is a must have for all military fans. It was just amazing! Out of 5 stars, 4 1/2!

Generation Kill is an awesome book and as usual, so much better than the series.
Some of my favourite books are
A Million Bullets by James Fergusson
HellFire by Ed Macey
Sniper One by SGT Dan Mills

Sniper one sounds very familiar, although i know i never read it before i might check that one out next time i'm near a book store. Silent Rebels is another book i would advise people to read. A great story of some art students in WWII who stopped a nazi train and free'd all the jewish prisoners.

SOG: The Secret War of America's Commandos in Vietnam by John Plaster
Has to be one of my top 5 favorite books of all time.
Wings of the Eagle by W.T. Grant
About Huey pilot in Vietnam. One of those books that you can't put down as soon as you crack it open.
Lastly,
Black Hawk Down by Mark Bowden
The movie is based on the book. 'Nuff said.

I Have been on a Vince Flynn streak..... The Mitch Rapp series is excellent. 9 or 10 books total.
Counter Terrorism/Political thriller. Not a war book, but very good.
