Does listening to Black Metal make me anti-christian?

My mom told me that. Even though they are Satanic bands, I just love how it sounds. Yet, I'm fully christian.

I am a christian. I also listen to heavy metal. A few Examples. Slayer, Pantera, Metallica, Megadeth, Trivium, Ekotren, Chromium, As blood runs black, Man must Die, Through the eye of the dead.. Ect..

I don't believe listening to metal will send you to hell.

Its actually an origianl Panzergrenadier song I know that since I served with the Panzergrenadiers in Stetten am Kalten Markt.

Lol I usually get flak from my wife about what is good music, but slowly convincing her not all metal songs I listen too is simply cuz of the words. Just love a good drum beat and guitar shred :) but no it won't make you all anti christian unless I guess you just a sucka and believe in every word they scream about....... Lol

Same here I get a lot of shit from my wife about my music choice - never mind how much I agrue that Death Metal is music too and why should I not be able to listen to it when she is listening to Justin timberllake or god knows what else.

But I am glad she doesn't mind me wearing metal stuff like sheffield Ranger boots my comfy combat trousers and my metal swaters and tshirts.

I listen to both Death Metal and Black Metal. Cannibal Corpse, Gorgoroth, Mayhem, any of these bands. Those Norweigan black metal bands are fucking insane too.

Stark you read the words straight out of my mouth. I pray for everything, yet I despise church. I'm middle eastern, born in the U.S of course, but my parents are Iraqi. Our church is boring and annoying, filled with annoying people.
