AC Staff member / Moderators needed
With summer gearing up we've seen the number of visitors per day more than double over the last few months. Sooo... it's time to look at recruiting some much needed reinforcements for the AC Staff team.
Moderators are expected to be active members of the site community. As a site moderator you will ensure that the FrontPage are always stocked with insightful, engaging comments by helping keep discussions on track and posting thought-provoking questions and comments in response to post content. Other tasks include...
Approving the media in the admin panel. Making sure that the video is not a repost or off topic (not military related).
Editing the titles and description on the videos if there are any spelling problems.
Patrolling the comments and Forums to catch trolls and spammers both in the FrontPage and to delete SPAM right away.
Welcoming the new members who join the page.
Report any bugs or errors in the page.
Warning members who break the rules – Timeout members that consistently break the rules or otherwise are a nuisance .
Moving the threads and the videos to its correct category (if posted in the wrong category or subforum)
Feature movies you feel deserve to be listed on the main front page.
Edit profile accounts if needed
Edit user created groups if needed
Control Flagged Files
Promote FOB Apacheclips
Requirements:
Age 21+
Time to be at least once online per day (not including weekends)
Computer and internet connection
Comfortable with websites and military media
Ability to read and judge content based on provided guidelines
Self-discipline and responsibility to work in the page.
Can speak good English.
No negative Karma *lol
Needless to say we are looking for somebody who has a strong interest in this page and this community and is as a well liked and respected Apache, you will need to log on to Apacheclips daily.
