Twenty-four people have been arrested in Greater Manchester Police's biggest ever crackdown on suspected drug dealers.
Over 500 hundred officers, including firearms experts and dog units, took part in the dawn raids at homes across North Manchester.
Police recovered as yet unknown quantities of crack cocaine, cannabis and cash.
The suspects, aged between 17 and 45 and from the Cheetham Hill, Crumpsall, Prestwich, Whitefield and Broughton areas, were arrested on suspicion of various drug related offences.
Chief Superintendent Caroline Ball told Sky News Operation Eye came after months of planning.
We take the issue of drugs extremely seriously and raids like this are right at the top of our list of priorities when it comes to frontline policing.

The raids were a direct response to community concerns about drug dealing hotspots in the Cheetham Hill area of Manchester.
"These raids are the result of us talking to the community and listening to their concerns about the sale and use of drugs in the area," she said.
"This operation has been carefully planned to cause as much disruption as possible and we could not have done this without the community's information and support, so for this I want to say thank-you.
"We take the issue of drugs extremely seriously and raids like this are right at the top of our list of priorities when it comes to frontline policing."
