New page addition - Webcam upload Quick capture

The new addition also called QC (Quick capture) is meant to give members a chance to record themself via webcam and instantly upload their recording.
What we are hoping for are some members insane enough to share their radical/liberal views of todays affairs so people can comment on them.

How does it work?
Simply go to the usual upload page...http://www.apacheclips.com/submit fill in a heading text and choose as cathegory Quick Capture than select the Quick Capture button.

I would like to ask you guys for feedback since I am not able to test this out on a wider range.
