Staffordshire Bull Terrier attacks Plymouth policewoman

A police officer has been savaged by a dog while on patrol in Devon.
She suffered serious arm and stomach injuries outside a house in the Whitleigh area of Plymouth on Monday.
Police dog handlers, a vet and staff from the Dartmoor Zoological Park were called in to sedate the Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
A 33-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of having a dangerous dog out of control in a public place. She has been released on bail.

99% of owner are at fault, not the dog.
